Agreement
By using BusinessLifter or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms and any written proposal, subscription, or statement of work accepted by both parties.
If a project agreement includes different terms, the written project agreement controls for that project.
Services
BusinessLifter provides website design, development, hosting, CRM setup, AI chat, AI voice, review automation, marketing automation, support, and related services based on the selected plan.
Delivery timelines depend on timely content, feedback, access, and approvals from the client.
Payments and subscriptions
Fees are due according to the selected monthly, yearly, or custom plan. Late or failed payments may result in paused services, support, hosting, or access until the account is brought current.
Plan features, limits, and pricing may vary by agreement and may change for future billing periods with notice where required.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, legal rights to supplied materials, and access needed to complete the work.
Clients must not use BusinessLifter services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
Limitations
BusinessLifter aims to provide reliable, high-quality services, but no website, automation, AI system, or third-party platform can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the relevant period.
