Overview
BusinessLifter subscriptions include planning, design, development, software setup, hosting, support, and ongoing platform access. Because work begins quickly, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery and the written agreement.
Subscription fees
Monthly and yearly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
You may request cancellation for future billing periods according to your plan terms.
Custom work
Custom development, strategy, copy, design, integrations, and implementation work is not refundable once delivered or substantially started.
If a project is cancelled before completion, any eligible refund is calculated against work already performed, third-party costs, and committed resources.
How to request a review
Email contact@businesslifter.net with your account details, project name, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting information.
We review requests fairly and respond as quickly as possible.
